Bako, CA fur looking for roommates part 2

Okay-- so I originally posted a looking for roommate thing when I was in belief my roommates were smoking pot-- I still dont have any proof that they WEREN'T, but none that they were. But there is only so many missed chores, late rents, sleepless nights till 4AM when I've gotta work at 8:30! and beer bottles left on the front yard that a dog can take!

If anyone is in the Bakersfield area or looking to move to the Bakersfield area in the upcoming months, please let me know. I would prefer to only have one roommate because thats much easier to handle-- that'd be about $600 rent for full use of the house and essentially having half of it-- I usually just hide in my room so you'd almost have the place to yourself-- unless you actually like Wii in which case I can actually come out and play some. It also splits the uttilities-- last months uttilities were high but the roomamtes left the AC on for a week with windows open while I was at Comicon-- so Uttilities usually are about $70 for A/C and about $70 for water-- add together and devide is +$70-- I've been paying for the cable myself but if I only have one roommate, that'd probably havta be split-- that'd be about another $50. It's not that bad in my opinion. I do have a dog-- if there is only one roommate, it'd leave the smaller bedroom vacant so we can get a caged animal or two-- I would prefer not to get a cat-- as the current one will be leaving with my roommate upon their upcoming eviction. I do not plan to evict them until I have someone else in line, and the renters agreement did say they had 30 days-- so think 30 days ahead here. If you need to move in immediately-- either find a temporary place or sadly look elsewhere.

I am an anti-social fur stuck in Bakersfield, the ass crack of California. I just bought a house here so it looks like I wont be leaving any time, either. Although if you know Bakersfield, you'd know you can never escape. I am looking for furiends both online and in real life, although this is a very redneck city and the furry population is few and spread here. I am looking for a mate, but I seem destined to never find the person who is right for me. Somehow this begger has managed to become a chooser. Destined to fail, I guess. I work as a dog trainer (but yet remained untrained, myself). I race a car at my local race track.

My main fursona is a Pembroke Corgi-- although I may change to an Australian Shepherd if I need to scratch my back (curse these short arms!) or I may change to a Border Collie if I want to chase a tail-- I am not really set in my fur, I guess. I am kind of shy, but once I get to know a person, and especially if I gel well with them, I may be difficult to shut up. Animals of all sorts. People watching (stalker, Oooh), anime, relaxation-- I think this is pretty much covered by the next four catagories...

Pretty much anything. Prefer the Alternative Punk. Been a huge Greenday fan. Jimmy Eat World, Eve6, Goldfinger, Gorillaz, Soul Asylum, Death Cab, Arcade Fire-- but I listen to pretty much anything-- pending on my mood, I can listen to anything from Tom Petty to Weird Al, from Don McClain to Tenacious D, from They Might Be Giants to, uh, uh, NOFX?

Not as much as I should-- Did manage to polish off all the Harry Potter books, along with Douglas Adams, Shakespear, and Tolkein, but aside from a few limited others, I havn't read enough. Oh, cept for comics, I'm an on and off comic nerd.
