Fursuit, awaaaay!

So lyke oh em gee. Anthrocon 08 is over, and I'm sad ): Myself and a friend(Xaveria)
wanted to go SO badly. As for you people who did get to go, your on my hit list D<
Naw, just kidding. But y'all are lucky. Anyways, moving on.. I started my first fursuit!
I would rather commission my own, but I'm only 15 and am on a low budget. Actually,
I have enough money saved up to purchase a fursuit head(The hardest part to make)
but my mom would never let me. Even if I offer to pay for ALL costs.

"Mom, can I pay 600 dollars to get a head made of my fursona so I can wear it around?"
"..No. Are you effing CRAZY?! No. no. no. never. Don't ask again."
"BUT..I'll pay for it all."
"I don't care if you pay for it or not. The answers no. Bye now."
-leaves the room-

Yea, that would be how it would go. So, that's why I'm making my own! I already have the head done(The foam molded)
I just need to give it a few finishing touches and add the fur, eyes, nose. So.. 80% done I'd say.
Xav and her sister came over for 3 days in a row last week so we could work on our fursuits(Yes they are making their own
as well) We got the hands, arms, and the tail done. So all I have left is the head and feet..It's SO incredibly hard. But it'll
be worth it in the end! Anyways I'll have pictures up soon of our progress.

PS: Yes, we are making a partial suit. Full body suits are far too hard for us to make, not to mention too
expensive.
PS..again: I'm looking to POSSIBLY commission someone to make a refrence of my fursona, Kit.
Like I said, low budget. So, if you or someone you know is willing to draw me a refrence(not colored
is fine) let me know please! But remember, reasonable prices only!

    I dunno if you were really interested in shopping around single people who make suits are generally pretty nice price wise... I my self am saving for AC and if the rents wont lemmy go then I get a fursuit from Mixed Candy or the likes... So its win win XD
