im sure everyone here knows what im talking about when i say "school" friend. its the kind of friend that you really only hang out with at school and never really out side of it. well....

"Our student, junior Devontae Green, was killed in a motorcycle accident the afternoon of Saturday, October 25, about 3:25 p.m. near Central Avenue and Washington Boulevard in Chicago when the motorcycle he was on was in a collision with another vehicle. Devontae was taken to Stroger Cook County Hospital where he was pronounced dead. There are no additional details about the accident that police have provided at this time."

Devontae was one of my close "school" friends. he was an overall great guy. he was one of those guys that if you didn't know him personally, you still know who he was. he was loved by everyone and was nice to everybody he met. but he made one stupid choice and it cost him his life. it still hasn't quite hit me yet, but im sure it will very soon. Rest In Peace Devontae, i'll always remember you.
